Steroids, Personal Trainers and double standards

I work in a health and fitness industry, where many within the industry and out of it place a lot of importance on the appearance of the trainers (or, should we say coaches, as is now a popular term to use). Personal Responsibility, Public health and a Conflict of Interest

I’ve often discussed in the past how conventional health advice is often over simplified and misleading i.e. “if you want to lose weight you just have to consume less calories and move more”.
