“Having joined and left numerous gyms over the years (as I had no idea what I was doing), I finally plucked up the courage to get a personal trainer and I’ve been training with Ian now for over eighteen months and it’s the best thing I could’ve possibly done. 
Ian’s knowledge of different exercises is amazing; I don’t think two sessions have ever been the same; he’s always giving me something different to challenge my body which keeps me interested and I’m always learning from him.
 Ian has completely transformed my diet and the results have been absolutely fantastic. During our sessions Ian has educated me on how the body works and reacts to different food types. I took part in the 30 Day Healthy Movements Challenge and saw the fat just get stripped away; I have never looked and felt so good.
 One of the greatest things of training with Ian is that he lets me be myself; he makes me feel welcome and comfortable so that I can perform at my best.
